The WAIS-IV manual publishes fixed classification bands. Scores of 120–129 are classified Superior.

Principal Investigator: Jorge Almeida, MD, PhD, Director of the Bipolar Disorder Center. Study includes annual blood draws and MRI scans. I am enrolled in Medicare.
My sister confirmed in writing on April 23, 2025 that she sent a letter to Dr. Erin Logue during the evaluation — describing it as "meant to be confidential between Dr. Logue and me" and acknowledging content that "could be hurtful if read by someone other than Dr. Logue."
UT Health Austin's Health Information Management department stated on November 12, 2025 that no such document exists in my file.
